Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. The shipping cost typically ranges from PKR 200 to PKR 500, depending on your location and the weight of the parcel. Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

We ship our products globally. The shipping cost for international orders is calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight. Delivery usually takes between 7-14 business days, depending on customs clearance and the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, any customs duties or taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.

Delays and Issues

Return to Sender (RTS)

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to re-send the order.
