Delivery Information

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak seasons or promotional sales, please allow for a slight delay in processing.
Domestic Delivery (Within Pakistan)
We provide reliable shipping services all across Pakistan. Our delivery timeline for domestic orders is typically 3-5 business days after the order has been dispatched. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and your specific delivery location, ranging from PKR 200 to PKR 500.
International Delivery
We proudly serve our international customers with a delivery timeline of 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures. Shipping costs for international orders are automatically calculated at the checkout page based on the weight of the items and the shipping destination.
Order Tracking
Transparency is important to us. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation via email or SMS. This notification will include a unique tracking number and a link, allowing you to follow your package’s journey until it reaches you.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders placed outside of Pakistan, please be aware that your country may apply customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more details before placing an order.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the order.
