At Laila Majnun, we strive to make your shopping and return process as smooth as possible. Below you will find all the essential information regarding how we handle your orders and what to do if you need to return an item.
Ordering and Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package until it reaches your doorstep. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during public holidays or high-demand sale periods.
Shipping and Delivery
For our customers in Pakistan, we offer delivery within 3-5 business days. Shipping charges range from PKR 200 to PKR 500 depending on the weight and location. For international orders, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in its original conditionβunworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at lailamajnunpak@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue immediately. In such cases, we will handle the replacement at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Return to Sender (RTS)
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges required to re-send the parcel.
