Refund Policy

At Laila Majnun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 10-day return policy, giving you 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your request.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items purchased on sale or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to our support team before making your purchase.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
